As a first book, the author takes on weighty subjects...aliens walking among us, the nature of the Creator, and good and evil. Really this is a love story that transcends space and time and even death- with a sprinkling of humor. The concepts are big and thought provoking and there are clearly biblical undertones. An alien who comes to earth to study the nature of evil should probably have been warned about dealing with humans. It's rather funny how the main character can be so blatantly not of this world but the people of Miami don’t seem to realize it. While this is not a hard technology book, technology is an aside to the characters, and it all flows without the need for detailed technological explanations. It is intriguing how the other worlders take for granted a chat with the Almighty and the processing of souls to the afterlife by angels but it works. There are some interesting issues raised that only scratch the surface of the worlds imagined by the author and happily, this leaves material for a sequel. Recommended.

Great read that is very thought provoking. Can earth be saved from evil? Love, violence, aliens and...read for yourself. Refreshing for an author to know so much about real places and lifestyles in Miami and South Florida. I look forward to reading more from this author.
I couldn't put this book down. The story is vividly told and pulls the reader into the beautiful and exotic world of South Florida. This book will make you think outside the box and realize the world is full of possibilities. A thought provoking read from a fresh new author!
Great imagery and just enough humor to get your mind rolling. Definitely a story about serious issues facing us today, but told in such a subtle way that it's very enjoyable. Having spent a lot of time in South Florida, I loved seeing such an accurate depiction of the region. Very much looking forward to what comes next.
This book is a gem. The premise is that earth is flawed by violence is balanced by the author's vivid descriptions of the beauty of our world. Earth is worth saving, hence, our hero's mission to do so.
The author skillfully leads us from a peaceful planet, through space to a tropical paradise on earth. What follows is a very intrguing story which leads to a surprising conclusion. A very thought provoking work!

The author is quite knowledgeable about a number of topics, including biochemistry and astronomy, and this knowledge is what makes the book believable. It is a very ambitious look at good and evil, peace and violence, and it is sure to make you think.
