Equites The Heku Series Book 4 eBook TM Nielsen

I have obsessively read all 8 of the Heku books in a little over a month's time. Although I do a lot of leisure reading, I am not often absorbed in the book. This series has had me completely entranced from beginning to end. Although all the books are quite long, there is none of the hated & tedious lengthy descriptions that you will find in the majority of other novels. The series was originally meant to be ended with book #7, but gladly it did not, as book #8 was the best so far, in my opinion! If there were another 20 in the series, I would happily read every one, I enjoy them so much. I very highly suggest them!
Here is a listing of the entire series, in order:
1 Heku, 2 Valle, 3 Encala, 4 Equites, 5 Proditor, 6 Ferus,
7 Eternity of Vengeance, 8 Ancients and Old Ones

Equites The Heku Series Book 4 eBook TM Nielsen Reviews

Omg, the main character of these stories grates my nerve like noone else!! But you gotta love her. Page turner from beginning to end, highly recommended!!

One hell of a ride~
I stumbled across heku series on librivox and instantly became a fan . I was sad that only the first 3 books were in audio, but definitely bought the whole series .. they're very addictive and I'm always telling fellow bookworms about the series
I have never reviewed a book but I have to tell you I am an avid reader to the point I have been dubbed a "read-aholic". I love this series...I normally read more "erotic" stories without being as "bad" as "Fify Shades of Grey" which I read and LOVED but the story line is great (even with Emily's "childnish" that does get agrivating). I say "GO FOR IT...CAN'T HURT"
My husband even likes the by-play...very funny.
I think I would have gave this book more stars but the main character is the most irritating, irresponsible, childish, stupidest character I have come a cross. She is obviously the only female on earth because all these man fall for her and she is the most un appealing person that I've read
about.
Emily needed to mature as each new book was written but even at the end of the series, she is still immature. And from time to time, I would think I had zoned out or something while reading because suddenly there was a new character you couldn't place and each time it ended up being a giant leap forward...a little prep for that would have been nice. Even with childish Emily, I stayed engrossed in the series to the end.
I've read many novels, mostly romance and fantasy novels. It took me a month to realize that maybe I should try this series out (and I finally read the profile). Heku are what? Is what I asked myself. I wasn't too sure if I was going to enjoy it. Thats before I read the first book of the series, and really enjoyed it. The second book said to me, "I have the same two main characters in this one too, how is that going to turn out?" Many novels that I have read in a series is about different couples in every novel. This has been the first series where the main couple, is the main couple in every one and new and main characters come within the series. I enjoy having the change of the different couple scene like most novels; and the incorporation of new characters with every novel. I haven't even finished the series, as it stands, and I had to write a review for it.
i received the first two books free and bought the rest.the book was hard to put down but after book 6 i got really frustrated.the character never grew she kept making the same mistakes, emily gets kidnapped, emily get saved emily promised not to do it again.though i can understand with all she had gone through, but instead of maturing as most people would she continued to act more like a spoiled brat, with no regard to the people who cared deeply for her she did things to put all at risk. you dont do that to people you love, even after kids she continued to make poor choices and it showed through her children, most anyway.if you like a book with no character growth youll love this book, me not so much.i continued to read only to see if it would change
